    You will find easy, healthy savory and sweet recipes that are  vegetarian and/ or vegan that include a variety of wholefood ingredients.  The recipes are mostly plant-based but you can easily adapt them.

    I recommend starting with some of my most popular recipes such as my Sweet Potato Lentil Coconut Curry, Healthy Mushroom Soup, Creamy Tomato Fresh Basil Pasta or Mexican Bean Soup.

    Looking for something sweet? Try these Chocolate Hazlenut Brownies, Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars, Mango Coconut Cheesecake or 1-Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookies.

    You will see that healthy eating doesn't have to be time consuming or complicated.  Most of my dishes are easy and quick to prepare.
