Chocolate-covered grapes are such a joyful little snack or sweet treat. With only 3 ingredients, they are super easy to make up. You can get creative with the toppings and create an array of pretty grape pops. Have fun, and let me know what you think of them.

Break the chocolate into smaller chunks and melt it together with the coconut oil in the microwave on low heat. Stir every so often to ensure even melting.
Alternatively, you can use the double boiler method (see notes).
Single Grape Method
Put each grape on a toothpick or short skewer and dip it into the chocolate followed by your topping of choice.
Place them onto a sheet of parchment paper and put in the fridge to set (around 1 hour).
Multiple Grapes Method
If using longer skewers (such as wooden kebab skewers) I would recommend a different method. Throw 5-7 grapes (or how many you want to skew) into the melted chocolate and toss until evenly coated.
Then skew them one at a time using your fingers for help (I don't know how to properly word this in English)
Place them onto a sheet of parchment paper, add your toppings of choice and put in the fridge to set (around 1 hour).

Notes
Double Boiler Method: ...is a melting technique where chocolate is heated in a small pot placed inside a larger pot filled with simmering water. The steam from the water melts the chocolate evenly and gently, preventing burning or curdling.
Don’t burn the chocolate when melting! Microwave on low-medium heat and stir intermittently to encourage even melting.
Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before laying them on the parchment or wax paper.
Ensure there is space between each covered grape while they are setting in the fridge.
High-quality chocolate: Choose high-quality chocolate with a high cocoa content and minimal additives like artificial flavors or sweeteners.
