Almond Milk Eggnog

2 ways: with + without eggs (vegan)

Ingredients you'll need

Step 1

Soak cashews in hot water.

Version 1 WITHOUT eggs

Step 2

Put cashews, almond milk, maple syrup and spices to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 1

Blend eggs yolks, almond milk and maple syrup.

Version 2 WITH eggs

Step 2

Dissolve pudding powder.

Step 3

Gently heat remaining almond milk over low heat.

Step 4

Slowly add it back to the blender.

Step 5

Add spices and heat up while constantly stirring.
