Put all the ingredients (mixed frozen berries, banana, milk of choice & vanilla yogurt) into a strong blender.
Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust consistency and sweetness.
Serve with some fresh blueberries or coconut flakes on top (optional).

Notes
Consistency: Feel free to change the texture of the smoothie by adding more/less milk. For a thinner smoothie, gradually add more milk. For a thicker smoothie, add a couple more frozen berries.
Sweetness: The sweetness of this smoothie will depend on the ripeness of your banana and the berries you choose. Redcurrent and blackberries taste rather sour whereas raspberries and strawberries are sweeter. Feel free to add a sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup) for a sweeter smoothie.
Vegan: This smoothie will be vegan as long as you choose a non-dairy milk alternative and vanilla soy yogurt.
No Banana: If you can't have bananas, replace them with 2 (Medjool) dates or 3 regular normal ones.
