Ingredients

Pour full-fat coconut milk into an ice cube tray.

Step 1

Put it in the freezer overnight.

Step 2

Put all of the smoothie ingredients (frozen pineapple, coconut ice cubes, dates, oat milk) into a blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
