To a small bowl, add dry yeast, sugar and warm water.

Step 1

Whisk until sugar and yeast are fully dissolved.

Step 2

Add flour and salt to a large bowl.

Step 3

Add the wet ingredients (olive oil, yeast & almond milk).

Step 4

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until the dough comes together.

Step 5

Cover with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes.

Step 6

Then divide the dough into 6 equally sized pieces.

Step 7

Roll out each dough ball on a well-floured surface.

Step 8

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook naan on one side until you can see little bubbles forming.

Step 9

Flip and cook on the other side.

Step 10

Enjoy with some Red Lentil Dahl.
