Millet  Porridge


vegan I gluten-free

Add millet to a (high-speed) blender or coffee grinder.

Step 1

Blend until about 3/4 of the millet has a flour-like consistency.

Step 2

Add the ground millet to a saucepan together with the water, milk of choice and sweetener. Let simmer on low.

Step 3

Remove the from the heat and let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken up. Adjust the texture and sweetness.

Step 4

Add toppings of choice (fresh fruit, dried fruit, maple syrup, nuts, granola...) and enjoy!
