Ingredients

Place sugar and egg into a large mixing bowl.

Step 1

Use an electric hand mixer to combined the two.

Step 2

Then add the natural peanut butter to the mix.

Step 3

Mix again until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Step 4

Transfer the mix to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes (+/- 2 minutes) depending on the preferred texture (fudgy vs. cakey). Let cool.
