  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup plant milk *see notes
  • 2 tablespoon yoghurt *unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoon plant milk *see notes
  • 2 tablespoon yoghurt *unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Plant Milk: If you prefer a thinner chia pudding, feel free to gradually add more plant milk/ water.
