This frozen mango smoothie makes a great healthy drink that tastes amazing on hot summer days but can be enjoyed all year round. It's vegan, dairy-free and naturally gluten-free.

If you don't use store-bought frozen mango chunks but prefer to freeze them yourself then start by cutting the mango in half.
Then the mango creating in a criss-cross pattern. Make sure to not cut through the skin.
Scoop out the mango flesh using a spoon and transfer it to a ziplock bag or freezer-friendly container. Freeze overnight.
Smoothie
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness and texture. Gradually add more milk for a thinenr smoothie.

Ripe Mango: The sweetness of this recipe will depend on how ripe your mango is. Make sure to use a very ripe mango for best results.
Sweetness: There's no added sugar included in this mango smoothie but feel free to add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey if you prefer a sweetener smoothie.
Serving Size: Makes 2 small or 1 large smoothie.
