Put all of the ingredients into a strong blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more frozen banana, a couple of dates or other sweetener of choice.
Gradually add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Frozen Bananas: To save time, keep a couple of chopped-up bananas in the freezer. That way you don't have to prepare this smoothie in advance and always have some frozen bananas on hand.
Ripe Bananas: The riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie will be. Make sure to choose bananas that already have some brown spots.
PowerfulBlender: For best results, I recommend using a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix. It will be strong enough to turn the frozen bananas into a creamy smoothie.
