This delicious summer smoothie only requires 4 simple ingredients and comes together in less than 5 minutes. It's also dairy-free and there's no yogurt included.

Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more banana or another sweetener of choice (dates, maple syrup...) if you want a sweeter smoothie.
Gradually add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie. Add more frozen banana chunks if you prefer a thicker consistency.

Ripe Banana: Make sure to use ripe bananas for a sweet smoothie.
Frozen Banana: Using frozen instead of fresh bananas will result in a super creamy texture! Simply chop ripe bananas into bite-sized pieces and put them in the freezer the night before.
Good Blender: For best results, I recommend using a strong blender.
This recipe makes 1 big or 2 small portions of smoothie. Feel free to double the ingredients.
