Weetabix Base 2 weetabix ½ cup milk 3 tablespoon yogurt of choice (Greek, soy, coconut...) 1 tablespoon maple syrup *optional Fruity ½ cup frozen raspberries, defrosted ½ cup vanilla yogurt of choice 2 maple syrup *optional Chocolate Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter *see notes 2 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoon chocolate chips of choice (vegan, dark chocolate...)
The Base Crumble weetabix into a bowl or glass jar.
Add milk, yogurt and maple syrup and give it a good stir. Put in the fridge.
Fruity Rapsberry Yogurt Layer (Option 1) Add vanilla yogurt and defrosted raspberries to a small bowl. Mash with a fork until most of the raspberries are muddled.
Add the layer on top of the weetabix layer. Close with a lid and put in the fridge overnight.
Caramel Chocolate Layer (Option 2) Whisk together peanut butter and maple syrup . Then add the layer on top of the weetabix layer.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave. Spoon the melted chocolate over the caramel layer. Close with a lid and put in the fridge overnight.
Peanut Butter: Use natural peanut butter without any additives apart from a bit of salt.
Adjust sweetness: You can skip the maple syrup if you want to cut back on sugar or prefer a less sweet option.
Be creative: play around with flavors and don’t be afraid to try combinations that are new to you.
On-the-go: prepare them in a portable container so have them ready next morning.
