Season with salt, garlic powder and olive oil and toss to coat.
2 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Transfer the brussels sprouts to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Give it a good stir every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
Once golden brown, remove from the oven. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add a pinch of additional salt or sea salt if needed.

High temperature: For best results stick to a high temperature.
Toss evenly in the seasoning for the best flavor.
Even layer: arrange them in a single layer to ensure they cook evenly.
Optional variation: After the first minutes of roasting, you could cut each of the Brussels sprouts in half. Then continue baking cut side down for some extra crunch.
More flavor ideas: cheese (parmesan/ cheddar), balsamic vinegar, (1 tablespoon added shortly before serving), maple syrup (1 tablespoon added during the last 10 minutes of baking), drizzle of fresh lemon juice, pomegranate seeds
Storing: I do not recommend storing and reheating them. The texture isn’t as great anymore.
