Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness and consistency (see notes).

Ripe Bananas: The riper your banana, the sweeter your smoothie will be. Choose very ripe banana with lots of brown spots.
Sweeter Smoothie: This smoothie is naturally sweetened. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add more frozen bananas, 2-3 dates, or other sweeteners like honey or maple syrup
Thinner Smoothie: For a thinner consistency, gradually add more orange juice or water.
Thicker Smoothie: For a thicker texture, add more frozen bananas. I don't recommend adding ice cubes for a thicker consistency because it waters down the smoothie quite a bit.
