Ingredients

Start by removing the excess water from the tofu.

Step 1

Next, prepare the peanut butter sauce. Set aside.

Step 2

Fry tofu in some oil until crispy and slightly brown.

Step 3

Coat fried tofu with the peanut sauce and let simmer a little longer. Remove from the pan.

Step 4

Fry green onion, garlic and ginger in some sesame oil.

Step 5

Add sliced mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

Step 6

Next add coconut milk, sliced carrots, nori sheets and miso paste. Let simmer for 15 min.

Step 7

Add bok choy and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
