Then soak the
dried mushrooms
in your veggie broth...

cashews
in very hot water & set aside.

In a large pot fry
onion, garlic and celery,
before adding the fresh
mushrooms
. Let them cook for a couple of minutes.

carrots

veggie stock
and
let simmer
for about 15 minutes

Put all the ingredients for the
cashew cream
into your
high speed
blender
and blend until smooth.
