Sticky Tofu

Ingredients

Whisk together soy sauce, garlic powder and maple syrup.

Step 1

Add pressed tofu cubes and let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Add tofu cubes to a plastic bag, sprinkle in the cornstarch and give it a gentle shake.

Step 3

Fry tofu until crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 4

Add all of the sticky sauce ingredients to a jug and whisk to combine.

Step 5

Add the sauce to the saucepan and let simmer until it thickens.

Step 6

Add the fried tofu and stir until evenly coated. Serve over some rice.
