Roasted Lentils

Drain and rinse the tinned lentils. Then spread them out on a baking sheet. Season with salt, garlic and olive oil.

Step 1

Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cruncy. Give it a good stir every now and then.

Seasoning: Feel free to add any spices you like such as onion powder, cumin powder, chili flakes or black pepper. – Oil-Free: For on oil-free snack, simply skip the olive oil.

Type of lentils: Use black, green or brown lentils, not red lentils!Drain: Get rid of as much excess water as possible. – Oven temperature: Don't turn up the temperature too hot.
