Ingredients

Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, water and maple syrup to a small saucepan.

Step 1

Give the mix a good stir until well combined.

Step 2

Add oats and let simmer for about 7 minutes until oats have absorbed most of the water.

Step 3

Add your milk of choice and let simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 4

Set aside to thicken and add toppings of choice (fresh fruits, nut butter, nuts...)
