Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

Cut fresh peaches into slices and remove the pit (or use store-bought frozen sliced peaches)

Step 1

Put them into a freezer-friendly jar and freeze overnight.

Step 2

Put all of the ingredients (frozen peaches, banana, vanilla yogurt, plant milk) into a blender.

Step 3

Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
