Greek Pasta Salad
Get the recipe
Cook pasta according to package instructions (al dente).
Drain & rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Put olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice into a small jar or small bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Add all of the pasta salad ingredients to a large salad bowl.
Give it a good stir & enjoy!
Put your pasta salad in the fridge for 30 minutes. –
use pitted olives to save more time.
