Greek Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package instructions (al dente).

Step 1

Drain & rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Step 2

Put olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard and lemon juice into a small jar or small bowl.

Step 3

Whisk until well combined.

Step 4

Add all of the pasta salad ingredients to a large salad bowl.

Step 5

Give it a good stir & enjoy!

Step 6

Cool: Put your pasta salad in the fridge for 30 minutes. – Pitted Olives: use pitted olives to save more time.
