Oat Milk Pancakes

Ingredients

Add flour, baking powder and salt to a large mixing bowl and make a well in the center.

Step 1

Add the egg, maple syrup and olive oil...

Step 2

...and whisk until well combined.

Step 3

...pour in the oat milk....

Step 4

and stir with a spatula until a smooth batter forms (don't over-mix!).

Step 5

Heat some olive oil on medium heat and add about 1/3 cup of pancake batter. Cook until you can see little holes (popped bubbles).

Step 6

Flip and cook the other side. Add toppings of choice such as fresh fruit, and maple syrup.
