Mushroom Ragout


quick & easy


Soak dried mushrooms in veggie broth. Set aside.

Step 1

Fry onion and celery in some olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add in fresh mushrooms, garlic and salt and fry until mushrooms are golden brown.

Step 3

Add in soaked mushrooms, paprika and thyme.

Step 4

In a jug, dissolve corn starch and sour cream.

Step 5

Add it to the mushroom mix and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce is thickened.

Step 6

Serve over some mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or on a toasted bread.
