– It’s a simple recipe that’s ready in 15 minutes! – It tastes similar to real mac and cheese but without butter and heavy amounts of cheese! – It’s meal prep- and freezer friendly!

Cook your pasta according to package instructions.

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown.

Add frozen pumpkin cubes, plant milk, veggie broth, nutritional yeast and garlic to a blender ...

...and blend until smooth..

Step 4

dissolve corn starch in ¼ cup of water. This will help thicken the sauce.

Step 5

Add the sauce from the blender to the saucepan and add  corn starch, parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 6

Bring to boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens . Add pasta.
