Plant Based Veggie Meatballs

Ingredients you'll need

Soak TVP (textured vegetable protein) in veggie broth.

Step 1

Chop mushrooms in a food processor.

Step 2

Chop up cashews in a food processor.

Step 3

Saute onion, garlic and minced mushrooms in some olive oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Drain TVP then add it to the mix together with the spices. Cook for a couple of minutes more.

Step 5

Add chopped cashews and breadcrumbs.

Step 6

Fry in some oil in a pan until crispy.
