Ingredients you'll need

-  healthy breakfast cookies - ready in less than 30 minutes - with peanuts & chocolate chips

Step 1

 Combine all dry ingredients (oats, ground almonds, sugar, baking powder, salt) in a large bowl.

Step 2

...add in wet ingredients (peanut butter + milk of choice)

Step 3

Knead the dough using your hands until you end up with a sticky mass.

Step 4

Add chocolate chips + peanuts.

Step 5

Shape them into cookies using your hands.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool. ENJOY!
