Ingredients

Heat half of the milk in a saucepan over low heat until ver warm (but not boiling).

Step 1

Once hot, pout it into a small bowl or glass jar.

Step 2

Add unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar. 

Step 3

Whisk until both sugar and cocoa powder are FULLY dissolved.

Step 4

Add the mix back to the saucepan, add the remaining milk and whisk until combined. Reheat on very low heat if needed.
