Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Step 1

Add wet ingredients and stir with a spatula until you end up with a sticky dough.

Step 2

Add your chocolate chips of choice (vegan/ dark/ semisweet).

Step 3

Spoon out 12 individual cookies balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Gently press down to form thick discs. Bake for 10 minutes.
