Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Step 1

Add all the wet ingredients.

Step 2

Stir with a spatula until just combined. Don't overstir.

Step 3

Add walnuts (optional) or other add-ins of choice such as chocolate chips.

Step 4

Transfer the mix to a small baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
