Green Sauce Pasta

Put all of the ingredients for the sauce into a blender...

Step 1

...and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Add it to your cooked pasta of choice (eg. tagliatelle, spaghetti, penne...)

Step 3

Stir to combine and add your favorite toppings (parmesan, olive oil, chili flakes...)

Step 4

How to cook spaghetti: Cook according to package instructions.  – Strong blender: For the leafy greens to be turned into a smooth sauce, you'll need a fairly strong blender.

Top TIps

Coconut Milk: Instead of veggie broth – (Vegan) Cream Cheese or Feta: ... to add extra cheesy flavors and a creamy texture. – Spicy:  add some red pepper flakes, chili flakes or more black pepper.  – Lemon Zest: For some extra tangy flavors, add in 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
