Flaxseed Pudding

If using whole flaxseeds, put them into a blender or coffee grinder...

Step 1

...blend until you end up with finely ground flaxseeds (flaxseed meal). You can use store-bought flaxseed meal as well.

Step 2

Put the flax meal into a bowl. Add milk of choice, maple syrup and a pinch of salt...

Step 3

...and whisk until well combined. Set aside for at least 1h or overnight.
