Almond Milk Crepes

3 ingredients I super simple

Ingredients you'll need

Step 1

Put all of your wet ingredients into a blender and blend on low to medium speed only for a couple of seconds.Alternatively, whisk together by hand!

Step 2

Add dry ingredients, blend again until a smooth batter forms.

Step 3

Let the dough rest for 30+ minutes!

Step 4

Spoon about 1/3 cup of the batter into the hot pan. Tilt the pan immediately to evenly spread the batter.

Step 5

Flip with a spatula and cook other side until golden brown.
