Cold Brew Concentrate
Get the recipe
Add your coffee beans of choice to a coffee grinder.
Grind to a medium-coarse grind.
Add the coffee to a large jar or pitcher.
Add room-temperature water and give it a good stir.
Close the jar and let sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
To drain, use a second jar and place a nut milk bag or cheesecloth over a fine sieve.
Pour the cold brew concentrate through the sieve.
Serve the cold brew diluted with water or milk or both over some ice.
