Chia Pudding

Creamy

with coconut milk

Ingredients

Combined chia seeds, coconut milk and your sweetener of choice in a small bowl. Give it a good stir.

Step 1

Let sit to thicken for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Stir again to break up any lumps. Then close with a lid and let rest in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.

Step 3

Add toppings of choice such as fresh fruit, nuts, more maple syrup, nut butter or dried fruits.
