Ingredients

Fry onion, garlic and ginger. Then add all the spices.

Step 1

Add chopped tomatoes and let simmer on low until the sauce thickens.

Step 2

Add veggie broth, butter beans and salt and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in coconut milk and give it a good stir. Serve alongside some rice or naan.
