Get the recipe
Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt to a large mixing bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Add unsweetened applesauce, maple syrup and non-dairy milk.
Whisk until well combined. Don't over mix!
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Slide a spatula under the pancake to see if it's golden brown Flip and cook the other side.
