Applesauce Oatmeal

Ingredients

Add apples, maple syrup, water and cinnamon to a small saucepan.

Step 1

Let simmer until apples are caramelized and soft. Then remove from the pan.

Step 2

Add water, applesauce, cinnamon, maple syrup, oats and salt to the same saucepan.

Step 4

Let simmer for 7 minutes or until oats have absorbed most of the water.

Step 5

Add your milk of choice and let simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 6

Set aside to thicken, then add your toppings of choice!
