Combined chia seeds, almond milk and your sweetener of choice in a small bowl. Give it a good stir.

Step 1

Let sit for 10 minutes. Then stir again. Set aside to thicken for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Add toppings of choice such as fresh fruit, nuts, more maple syrup, nut butter or dried fruits.
