    You will find easy, healthy savory and sweet recipes that are  vegetarian and/ or vegan that include a variety of wholefood ingredients.  The recipes are mostly plant-based but you can easily adapt them.

    I recommend starting with some of my most popular recipes such as my Sweet Potato Lentil Coconut Curry, Healthy Mushroom Soup, Creamy Tomato Fresh Basil Pasta or Mexican Bean Soup.
